Hi, I am Siddharth Singh. I am a first year Undergraduate student at University of Southampton, Delhi.  As a researcher and aspiring leader, I’m passionate about exploring the intersection of technology, management, and social impact. My work focuses on understanding how technology affects society and identifying effective management principles that can drive positive change.

Recently, I published my first research paper entitled ‘Use of Technology and its Impact on Children, Youth and Young Adults: An Empirical Study’ in Asian Journal of Social Sciences & Humanities (AJSSH) journal. It was a great learning experience for me as a 17-year-old high-school student to get an opportunity to publish my first research as the first author. This paper examines the societal effects of technology and has given me a deeper understanding of the complex relationships between technology, society, and management.

I strongly believe to bridge theory with practice. I have been actively seeking out opportunities to develop my skills. One such opportunity was the IIT Roorkee Young CEO Program, where I have gained valuable strategic planning skills. This program helped me to understand how to develop and implement effective strategies that can drive growth and success. Likewise, I got an opportunity to be part of National School of Drama (NSD) workshop,  where I was able to enhance my creativity, communication skills and teamwork abilities. It was an eye-opening opportunity for me to learn how to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging way. It also gave me an opportunity to showcase my unique and adaptive approach to leadership.

I adhere to my social responsibility and like to be part of initiatives, where I can make an impact in the society. Recently, I got an opportunity to volunteer at Lotus Petal Foundation by teaching business fundamentals to the underserved students. This experience has given me a unique perspective on the challenges faced by marginalized communities and the importance of education in driving positive change.

My goal is to become a leader who can effectively navigate the complexities of technology and management along with making an impact in the society. I’m excited to continue learning, growing and contributing to society in meaningful ways. I hope to inspire positive change and make a lasting impact on the world around me through my work.
